Tango Macbeth Screens Wed, Jan. 21st 2015 in Philadelphia

TANGO MACBETH screens on Wednesday January 21st 6pm as part of WAVE Cinema. Admission is FREE and we supply the popcorn. Impact Hub Philadelphia is at 1227 N. 4th Street in Northern Liberties, between Girard Avenue and Thompson Street. A Q&A with director Nadine Patterson and editor Sharon Mullally will follow the film. WAVE Cinema is a program that highlights the work of women filmmakers from the PA/NJ/DE area. WAVE screenings are the third Wednesday of every month. Sponsors include Impact Hub Philly and HipCinema. Co-sponsors are Griot Works, and Philadelphia Women in Film and Television.

WAVE is a program of HipCinema & Impact Hub Philadelphia. It is co-sponsored by: Philadelphia Women in Film & Television and Griot Works.

WAVE Cinema is a meeting place for film and media enthusiasts to experience work rarely seen in local venues by filmmakers and media artists from the PA-DE-NJ region and beyond. Each screening will feature audience Q&A with the makers. Works selected will have major creative input by women. We will meet every 3rd Wednesday of each month. Mark your calendar 6pm to 8:00pm every third Wedneday until April 2015. Events are FREE and open to the public.  Impact Hub Philadelphia is at 1227 N. 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122.

Justin & Val at Court DanceTANGO MACBETH premieres at the RITZ 5 to kick off its national tour 7:30pm Thursday January 23rd, 2014. Tickets are $13 via Tugg.com. Don’t miss the opportunity to see this groundbreaking film. Director Nadine Patterson, and composer Lenny Seidman will be present for a Q&A following the screening. It is the only scheduled screening for the city of Philadelphia in 2014. RITZ 5 movie theater is located at 2nd and Walnut Streets, Philadelphia PA 19106. It is accessible via SEPTA.
